has gloss	eng: The Villa Magna Condominium Complex is an urban development that is planned to rise in downtown Miami, Florida. It was approved in 2006 by the city council and the Federal Aviation Administration and construction is slated to begin in April 2007. The ending date has been approximated and has been set at late 2008 or early 2009. The complex will feature two twin towers, Villa Magna Condominiums I and Villa Magna Condominiums II. Both will be 574 feet (175 m) tall with 57 floors. The complex will be connected by the Villa Magna Plaza at the base of both towers. It will be located on Brickell Bay Drive near Southeast 12th Street in Miamis Brickell Financial District. The complex will be built on the last vacant parcel overlooking Biscayne Bay in Miamis Financial District, as all others to come will be built on inland lots. For this reason, prices of units will be higher here than in most other buildings in Miami, due to its waterfront location. The buildings will be used entirely for residential purposes. The complex in total will contain 780 condominium units.
