has gloss | eng: South Sudan Equatorians Association or SSEA in Victoria Australia is a non profit Organisation that work within various communities of Greater Equatoria people and South Sudan in general. SSEA organisation assist and help newly arrived migrants from Sudan in accessing settlement services, accommodation & merging positively into the broader multicultural Australian society. It help young people understand the new life in Australia, and how to get integrated into the multicultural city of Melbourne. SSEA also organise annual celebration of Christmas, Comprehensive Peace Agreement, and other Important event that takes place in South Sudan, the aim is to bring South Sudanese together to discusse and enjoy their cultural heritage through dancing, poem, drama and many more. The annual celebtration held by SSEA each year gives the new born African Australian and other young Sudanese an opportunity to learn their African culture and maintain it. The office of SSEA in Melbourne is located at the suburan of Greater Dandenong North. Election for SSEA leaders takes place after every five years throughout voting the contestants. |
