has gloss	eng: The Kurdish Communities Union (KCK) is a Turkish organization with activities in several of the countrys provinces. On December 24, 2009, more than forty members were detained on suspicion of funding the Kurdistan Workers Party. The organization was originally banned December 11 due to suspected links with the PKK, which lead to days of unrest. The raid on the December 24 saw arrests in Istanbul and Ankara and nine other cities.
