It will consist of the Hudson Greene - East Tower and the Hudson Greene - West Tower, both of which will have 28 floors and be 500 ft (152m) tall. Construction on the towers began on June 25, 2006, and are scheduled to be completed in 2009. The complex will have 420 residences and of street-level retail space. The architect is Cetra/Ruddy, Inc.
