has gloss	eng: Founded in the summer of 2006 and originally launched as a television production house, Chandran Media, is a Calgary, Alberta based company that has since branched into interactive developments and marketing strategies as well as having recently become an investment capital group for new media concepts.Neil Chandran, CEO and ,founder of the company dabbled in the media industry early in 2001 but experienced difficulty when a business partnership went sour. This deal found Neil in a battle with the State of California’s Securities Commission when a claim was made about his financial activity. Although the issue was never clearly resolved and didn’t go to court, the department still disallowed some transactions that were made without proper permitting even though the submitted claim was fraudulent and unsigned.
